There are two parts involved with your order: processing time and shipping. The average time to process the Fine Art Print you ordered is from 5 to 7 days. If you ordered an over size canvas or a large order this may increase processing time. Shipping may add additional time. Shipping/crating of over-sized items may increase shipping time.
Note: Holiday season, from mid-November to mid-January, you may experience slightly higher processing time.

DO OVERSIZED METAL PRINTS REQUIRE A WOODEN CRATE?
Yes. In order to ensure that your metal print arrives safely a wooden crate is required according to the following table. Please note that the wooden crate charge is in addition to your estimated shipping charges.

Great question - both media are extraordinary for detail and color. I always recommend Mid Gloss Metal as it provides amazing detail and reduces the amount of glar and reflection.. Your fine art metal print together with a 1/2 inch floating frame, will appear to be floating off the wall.
Your prints will be printed on high quality Epson Lustre Fine paper. This is a premium paper which provides the ultimate detail with a glossy finish.
Your order will be packaged by experts in shipping. It will be professionally wrapped and packed for safe shipping. In the unforeseen event that a package arrives damaged, report it immediately to the delivery company and Contact Me with details.
Your order is shipped directly from the location when the Fine Art Print is created. Within North America, Fed Ex is the shipper of choice and a tracking number is issued to you at the time of shipping.
Note: You will need to provide a physical delivery address, as deliveries cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Please provide your actual street address when you order.
Yes, only archive inks and artist grade canvas are used. The image on your canvas is digitally produced on inkjet and latex printers.
The canvas is stretched over your selection (2.5", 1.5”, or.75”) kiln dried stretcher bars.
Yes, a float-frame option is available. You can select a frame when you are selecting the Fine Art Print: click on the option to view how the canvas will look in a frame.
Yes, all canvas come with hanging hardware. Your canvas is ready to hang.
